Talent Acquisition Specialist – Miami, FL
Our client, a major publicly traded company, is looking for a Temporary Recruiter to support their fast-paced HR team in Miami. This role will focus on high-volume hiring and help drive the company’s recruiting efforts across departments.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle full-cycle recruiting from job posting to offer.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs.
- Source and screen candidates using tools like LinkedIn and job boards.
- Schedule interviews and keep the process moving smoothly.
- Track applicants in the company’s ATS.
- Ensure compliance with hiring laws and company policies.
- Support diversity hiring and employer branding efforts.
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Business or related field. Must understand accounting and finance
- 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience (big company/public company preferred).
- Ability to juggle multiple roles and meet deadlines.
- Strong sourcing and communication skills.
- Experience with ATS systems like Workday, iCIMS, or Greenhouse is a plus.
- A team player who can also work independently.
