Job Title: Documentation Admin
Location: Tampa, FL (100% on-site)
Type: Contract to Hire
Pay: $23-$26/hour DOE
Primary Responsibilities
· Main Focus:
· Review, edit, and assemble technical reports.
· Proofread and finalize documents prepared by data scientists.
· Act as the final checkpoint before materials are sent to clients.
Secondary Tasks:
Provide general project management support as needed.
Interface directly with clients to gather necessary information.
Serve as the office anchor for supply orders, PPE, and related tasks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
· Experience:
· Early career professional (1-2 years of experience or recent graduate with relevant internships).
· Experience in office or computer-based work environments.
Traits:
Articulate, highly organized, and adaptable to changing priorities.
Efficient and detailed in documentation tasks.
Preferred Backgrounds: Marketing, Creative Writing, Journalism
Education: Minimum Associate’s Degree required
Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
