We are looking for a skilled Payroll Specialist to oversee payroll operations and benefits administration for a diverse workforce. This position is based in West Palm Beach, Florida, and involves processing payroll for approximately 200 employees, including part-time staff. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in payroll and benefits functions.
Responsibilities:
• Process bi-weekly payroll for a workforce of approximately 200 employees, including part-time staff, using ADP WorkforceNow.
• Handle payroll adjustments, deductions, and compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, updates, and modifications.
• Address employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits, providing clear and timely responses.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and generate reports to support organizational needs.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll and benefits operations.
• Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Assist in reconciling payroll discrepancies and resolving any issues.
• Implement and monitor multi-state payroll processes as required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
• Proficiency in ADP WorkforceNow and familiarity with full-cycle payroll operations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing payroll for multi-state operations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with employees and teams.
• Capability to manage payroll for large-scale workforces, including over 500 employees.
