Fisher Family Insurance (FFI), a growing Allstate agency, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Administrative Specialist to join our team. This role is the backbone of agency operations, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and smooth daily workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent service to inbound calls, emails, and walk-in clients.
  • Process payments, endorsements, ID cards, and routine policy changes quickly and accurately.
  • Conduct and document insurance reviews; verify and update client contact information.
  • Proactively engage clients for renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements.
  • Identify and transfer cross-sell opportunities (renters, umbrella, toys, etc.) to the sales team.
  • Maintain office operations: greeting clients, managing mail, supplies, and shared inboxes.
  • Document all activities in eAgent and Performology with no exceptions.



Requirements

  • Active 4-40, 20-44 or 2-20 license in Florida (preferred).
  • Prior insurance or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with web-based applications & MS Office
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
