Job Title: Automotive Dealership Accounting Clerk
Location: 100% Onsite
Compensation: $20–$25/hour (Temp-to-Perm)
Schedule: Full-Time
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Clerk to support daily, weekly, and monthly accounting operations at a busy automotive dealership. The ideal candidate will have experience in dealership accounting, strong reconciliation skills, and familiarity with CDK software.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Tasks:

Prepare and post daily bank deposits

Reconcile credit card transactions and cash clearing accounts

Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely posting of payments

Post factory parts invoices to the general ledger
Weekly Tasks:

Process and track rebates and incentives

Review accounting schedules for accuracy and completeness
Mid-Month Tasks:

Assist with inventory reconciliation (parts and/or vehicle inventory)
Monthly Tasks:

Reconcile reserve statements and ensure proper documentation
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in automotive dealership accounting

Proficiency with CDK Dealer Management System (DMS)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
