LHH Recruitment Solutions has a Bookkeeper/Office Manager role open with our client in Jacksonville, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions using QuickBooks-Online accounting software.

  • Process accounts payable and receivable, including managing invoices, processing payments, and reconciling discrepancies.

  • Perform payroll processing and AIA billing.

  • Will also be responsible for construction permitting, reception and other office administration functions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks-Online accounting software is required.

  • Basic to intermediate proficiency with MS Excel, Word and Outlook.

  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.

  • Prior construction experience preferred.

Pay range

  • $30-35/hr.
