LHH Recruitment Solutions has a Bookkeeper/Office Manager role open with our client in Jacksonville, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of financial transactions using QuickBooks-Online accounting software.

Process accounts payable and receivable, including managing invoices, processing payments, and reconciling discrepancies.

Perform payroll processing and AIA billing.

Will also be responsible for construction permitting, reception and other office administration functions.
Requirements:
-
5+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.

Proficiency in QuickBooks-Online accounting software is required.

Basic to intermediate proficiency with MS Excel, Word and Outlook.

Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.

Prior construction experience preferred.
Pay range
-
$30-35/hr.
