Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee all day-to-day culinary operations

Manage food and kitchenware inventory and orders

Ensure the freshness and quality of all ingredients

Collaborate on the development and evolution of the menu

Standardize recipes and presentation for consistency and quality

Work closely with management to deliver a memorable dining experience for every guest
Qualifications:

Proven experience in culinary arts, with a strong cooking background

Solid understanding of food cost, inventory, and labor management

Deep passion for food, creativity, and innovative cooking techniques

Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team

Thrive under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
