We are looking for YOU to join our team and be our NEW Customer Service Representative in our insurance office. You will help support our team by processing endorsement requests, issuing evidence of insurance requests, greeting office visitors and taking in payments from current clients.

Responsibilities
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
- Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Review policies at renewal to ensure no increase.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Licensed preferred willing to train
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) Required
- Excellent computer skills
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
