We are seeking a Food Truck Cook Extraordinaire to join the team at our new food truck. In this position, you will be responsible for using high-quality ingredients to prepare delicious breakfast and lunch meals for our customers. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create weekly specials
- Maintain our kitchen with necessary tools and equipment
- Prepare food and present it in an appealing manner
- Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessary
- Follow all food safety regulations
- Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned by the management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification
- Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods
