We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Events and Sales Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our events and sales initiatives, working closely with our event management and sales teams to ensure seamless operations. In this fast-paced environment, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning and sales strategy implementation, while contributing to the overall success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events from conception to execution
  • Manage event logistics including venue bookings, catering, transportation, and equipment rentals
  • Support the sales team in generating leads and organizing customer outreach activities
  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) database
  • Prepare sales materials and presentations for client meetings and events
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all event requirements are met

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in event planning or sales support roles is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM software
