The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our events and sales initiatives, working closely with our event management and sales teams to ensure seamless operations. In this fast-paced environment, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning and sales strategy implementation, while contributing to the overall success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events from conception to execution
- Manage event logistics including venue bookings, catering, transportation, and equipment rentals
- Support the sales team in generating leads and organizing customer outreach activities
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) database
- Prepare sales materials and presentations for client meetings and events
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all event requirements are met
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in event planning or sales support roles is highly desirable
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM software
