The Aloisi Agency- an independent Brightway-affiliated agency- is hiring on behalf of Brightway corporate for a Personal Lines Insurance Agent in Parkland, FL. We're seeking a motivated individual to help clients protect their futures.
What You’ll Do

<li>Sell Home, Auto, Flood, Liability, etc using consultative techniques</li>
<li>Generate and follow up on leads</li>
<li>Advise clients on tailored insurance solutions</li>
<li>Attend networking events to grow your book</li>
<li>Consistently hit sales targets</li>
</ul>
What We’re Looking For
<ul>
<li>2-20 or 20-44 FL license, required</li>
<li>2-3 Years of Insurance Sales, preferred</li>
<li>Self-driven, coachable, and organized</li>
<li>Excellent communicator and relationship-builder</li>
</ul>
