Job Description
Fort Lauderdale / Parkland / Boca Raton
Are you a natural connector who thrives on building meaningful community relationships and executing standout local events? 4Ever Young Anti-Aging Solutions is looking for a passionate, polished, and community-savvy Marketing Engagement Manager to lead local engagement efforts across our corporate centers in Fort Lauderdale, Parkland, and Boca Raton.
This is more than just a part-time gig — it’s a chance to represent a leading anti-aging brand in a high-visibility, people-first role. You'll lead center-specific marketing activations, coordinate exciting events, and drive brand awareness — all while owning the full field marketing calendar.
What You’ll Do
- Be the face of 4Ever Young at community events, wellness mixers, and local partnerships.
- Build and manage a community engagement calendar with a focus on high-impact presence.
- Identify and coordinate local marketing opportunities — from sponsorships to networking events.
- Plan and attend at least 12 in-center and local community events monthly.
- Develop B2B outreach to gyms, wellness centers, community groups, and local businesses.
- Track and report organic lead growth via CRM and event forms.
- Represent the brand with confidence, energy, and polish.
Ready to Represent the Brand?
If you’re passionate about community engagement, love connecting with people, and want to represent a forward-thinking wellness brand — we want to hear from you.
Apply now to become the face of 4Ever Young in the community.
Requirements
You’ll Excel If You:
- Live in (or are highly connected to) Fort Lauderdale or Parkland.
- Are confident and outgoing — you know how to own a room and close a connection.
- Are organized, self-motivated, and reliable (you say you’ll be there — and you are).
- Know how to juggle a fluid schedule — evenings and weekends are fair game.
- Have experience in community engagement, event coordination, or human/social services.
- Embrace our brand — ideally as someone who lives a wellness-forward lifestyle.
- Can follow existing systems (no reinventing the wheel) and comfortably use digital tools (email, forms, CRM).
Must-Haves
- Proven experience with local events, outreach, or field marketing.
- Strong communication and follow-through.
- Independent and motivated — you’ll own this role.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to “pound the pavement” to build awareness.
- Basic tech/computer proficiency for form tracking and communication.
What Success Looks Like
- 20+ organic leads per week, per center — tracked in our CRM.
- 12+ well-coordinated events monthly across 3 locations.
- Visible increase in brand awareness and local buzz.
- Positive feedback from community partners and center teams.
Benefits
Hours & Flexibility
This is a part-time role (~20 hrs/week) with a flexible, field-based schedule. Expect a mix of weekday, evening, and occasional weekend events depending on community calendars.
Compensation
- $18–$25 per hour, depending on experience
- Additional bonus for every lead that converts to a booked patient
