We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to help grow our client base and strengthen our market presence in Florida and beyond.
Position Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. This role requires a proactive sales leader who can build strong client relationships, create effective sales strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Sales
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand FSP’s client base in South Florida and surrounding regions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the restoration, construction, and remediation industries.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new service opportunities.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
Client Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact during the onboarding process for new clients.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with operations, marketing, and project management teams to align sales strategies with service delivery capabilities.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance service offerings and address client needs effectively.
Reporting & Forecasting
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure that goals are met or exceeded.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Minimum 5 years of proven success in business development, sales, or account management — preferably in restoration, construction, or related industries.
- Strong network of industry contacts in Florida is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Work Location: In person at our Pompano Beach, FL 33069 office with regular off-site travel
