Law Firm Receptionist Administrative Assistant

* Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate attorney;
*Answer general client inquiries and take clear and detailed messages when required;
*Greet visitors and clients warmly and make sure they are comfortable
*Process mail, copies, scan and upload documents into the firm's software;
*Organize and maintain files;
*Inventory and order office supplies;
*General administrative assistance;
*Prepare bank deposits and transport to appropriate bank(s)
*Pick up documents from Broward County Court House as needed
*Perform other related duties and assists with special projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
*Excellent communication skills
*Ability to interact with attorneys and other office staff in a professional manner
*Professional business attire required
* Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
*Must be able to work as part of a team or individually
* Willingness to complete assigned tasks in a timely fashion
*Minimum High School Diploma
*Must have reliable vehicle and valid FL Driver License
*Minimum 1 years of Receptionist experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
Ability to Relocate:
- Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316: Relocate before starting work (Required)
