Hybrid | Bradenton/Sarasota (Remote + On-Site Visits)

What You’ll Do
As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Cleaning Butlers — prospecting, networking, and closing deals with business owners and property managers across the region. You’ll work both remotely and in the field, visiting facilities, gathering information, and creating custom proposals using our digital tools.
Your responsibilities include:

Prospecting and building relationships with commercial clients.

Conducting on-site walkthroughs to evaluate service needs.

Developing customized cleaning proposals and presenting them to decision-makers.

Managing your sales pipeline and meeting monthly targets.

Hitting daily call quota for outbound calls
What We’re Looking For

Self Motivated and comfortable working independently

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Comfortable engaging business owners, property managers, and executives.

Tech-savvy with CRM and proposal tools (HubSpot, PandaDoc, or similar).

Previous Customer service or sales experience a plus (but not required)

Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to grow

Professional appearance and demeanor when visiting businesses

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for on-site visits).

Perks & Benefits

Base salary + commission (target earnings: $40,000 – $100,000+)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, occasional flexibility for client needs
Location: Hybrid (remote + on-site client visits across Sarasota/Bradenton)
