Summary:

The Manager, FP&A, will support the Director, FP&A, in delivering financial planning and analysis across the organization. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models, preparing forecasts and budgets, and providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working cross-functionally to support both operational and financial initiatives.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department leaders to develop and maintain annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
  • Assist in preparing monthly variance analyses and reporting packages for senior leadership.
  • Support the Director, FP&A in enterprise-wide financial modeling and scenario planning.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to evaluate business performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain and enhance KPI dashboards and financial reporting tools.
  • Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development of long-range financial plans and 5-year forecasts.
  • Assist in benchmarking analysis and competitive intelligence gathering.
  • Support internal and external audit processes as needed.


Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI; experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems preferred.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain complex financial models.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
