Customer Service Representative / Front Desk Associate (Full-Time)
Location: Miramar, FL Conveniently located near the Turnpike & I-75

At Gravity Gymnastics, were seeking an enthusiastic and organized Customer Service Representative to be the friendly face that greets families, supports our students, and keeps our front office running smoothly.

What Youll Do
- Welcome families and answer questions in person and over the phone
- Assist parents with registrations, scheduling, and billing
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Support our team with daily office and administrative tasks
- Contribute to a fun, professional, family-centered atmosphere
What Were Looking For
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (bilingual Spanish/English a plus!)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a busy front desk environment
- Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, email, POS systems)
- Friendly, positive attitude and team player mindset

Schedule
Full-time, 35+ hours/week with morning and afternoon shifts.
- MonFri: 8:45 AM 8:45 PM
- Sat: 8:30 AM 1:45 PM (occasional events in afternoon)
- Sun: Closed (except for select special events)
