We’re partnering with a growth-focused airline in the Miami area hiring a FP&A Analyst. If you’re sharp with numbers, love building models in Excel, and want to be in a high-impact role at a company that’s still young and building - this could be a fantastic fit.

You’ll work hand in hand with the Sr. FP&A Analyst and be the right hand to the Director of FP&A, helping drive the company’s financial strategy. It’s a high-visibility role with room to grow, especially if you thrive in fast-paced and growing environments.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Support ongoing financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
  • Analyze KPIs, market trends, and operational metrics - especially in the aviation space
  • Lead the build-out of ad hoc reporting and dashboards
  • Manage and verify sales tracker data and statistical reporting
  • Upload and QA monthly financial reports
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, ops, and C-suite for strategic insights
  • Be the go-to Excel guru - heavy modeling and Excel Cube add-in experience is a big plus


What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in FP&A (ideally 2+ years in finance roles with at least 1 in FP&A)
  • Strong Excel modeling skills - if pivot tables and lookup functions don’t faze you, you’re halfway there
  • Experience with the Qube Excel addin is a PLUS.
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked in transportation, aviation, cruise, or hospitality industries
  • Analytical mindset with a “figure-it-out” attitude - this is a self-starter’s playground
  • Someone who can hit the ground running within the first 90 days and isn’t afraid to bring new ideas to the table


Details:

  • Reporting to: Director of FP&A
  • This is a Hybrid position located at the Miami Airport with some days in office and some work-from-home
  • Start date: ASAP (within 2-3 weeks is ideal)


Full-Time Employee Benefits:

  • Compensation: $85-95K base
  • Hybrid work schedule once approved by manager
