Job Title: Automotive Accounting ClerkLocation: 100% Onsite – Palm Beach Gardens, FLPay Rate: $20–$22/hourJob Type: Temp-to-Perm

Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Automotive Accounting Clerk to join our team in Palm Beach Gardens. This is a full-time, onsite position with the potential to transition into a permanent role. The ideal candidate will have experience in data entry, reconciliations, and general accounting support within an automotive dealership or similar environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry of accounting transactions
  • Reconcile daily cash, credit card, and bank transactions
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Maintain and organize financial records and documentation
  • Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in automotive accounting or dealership environment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional accounting coursework a plus



Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
