Job Title: Automotive Accounting ClerkLocation: 100% Onsite – Palm Beach Gardens, FLPay Rate: $20–$22/hourJob Type: Temp-to-Perm
Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Automotive Accounting Clerk to join our team in Palm Beach Gardens. This is a full-time, onsite position with the potential to transition into a permanent role. The ideal candidate will have experience in data entry, reconciliations, and general accounting support within an automotive dealership or similar environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely data entry of accounting transactions
- Reconcile daily cash, credit card, and bank transactions
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes
- Maintain and organize financial records and documentation
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive accounting or dealership environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional accounting coursework a plus
