What You'll Do:

• Solve customer problems: You'll spend up to 50% of your time visiting customers in person to resolve issues and make sure they're satisfied.
• Lead your team: Guide and support our pest control technicians, checking their work, making sure they follow company rules, and helping them improve.
• Keep things organized: Manage schedules, track attendance, and help with reporting to keep our operations efficient.
• Train and mentor: Help new technicians learn the ropes and become part of our team.
• Boost sales: Work with our sales team to grow our pest control services and encourage your technicians to do the same.
• Support operations: Help with inventory, move equipment, inspect vehicles for safety, and pitch in wherever needed to hit our service goals

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Has experience in the pest control industry
• Has good communication and problem-solving skills
• Has previous supervisory and customer service experience
• Is computer proficient, comfortable with technology and eager to learn new systems
• Is able to drive a forklift
• Organized and detail-oriented
