Is This You?
You are a proven B2B sales hunter who thrives selling into commercial construction environments. You’ve sold high-value services or solutions to General Contractors, Project Managers, Superintendents, and Owners, with deal sizes ranging from $25,000 to $250,000+.
You don’t wait for leads.
You create opportunity.
“Hustle” isn’t a buzzword to you — it’s how you operate.
You love:
- Cold calling and in-person prospecting
- Displacing incumbents
- Navigating price pressure and resistance
- Winning accounts and then growing them aggressively
Once you land an account, you leverage relationships, performance, and trust to turn it into a long-term revenue engine.
You have:
- Proven B2B sales experience (required)
- Track record of closing high-dollar deals
- Strong prospecting discipline
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Ability to identify real opportunities vs. wasted time
- Confidence, grit, and resilience
You must understand or quickly learn:
- Job costing and margins
- Project timelines and manpower planning
- Downtime, lead times, and jobsite pressure
- How labor impacts schedule, budget, and risk
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect new commercial construction accounts (calls, visits, follow-ups)
- Set and run meetings with decision-makers
- Close new accounts and expand existing ones
- Track activity and results in the CRM (daily)
- Compete, win, and repeat
You don’t need to be a tradesperson — but you must be comfortable selling to construction leaders.
