This is a salaried position with work hours from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, earning a competitive wage of $47,840–$54,080 per year depending on experience. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive incoming service calls and determine priority based on urgency, location, and technician availability.
  • Schedule and dispatch plumbers to residential and commercial job sites efficiently.
  • Communicate job details, updates, and changes clearly to both customers and field technicians.
  • Track job progress throughout the day to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse or purchasing team for materials needed on jobs.
  • Handle emergency calls and reassign workloads as needed to meet customer demands.
  • Maintain accurate records of work orders, technician hours, and completed jobs in the system.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm service appointments and ensure quality service was provided.
  • Collaborate with management to improve scheduling efficiency and technician productivity.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in business or dispatching is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in dispatching, preferably within the plumbing industry.
  • Hands-on plumbing experience or a strong understanding of plumbing systems is highly preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency with ServiceTitan or similar field service management software is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple technicians and service calls at once.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email communication
