Operations & Sales Manager – Mosquito Shield of Ft. Myers Mosquito Shield of Ft. Myers is seeking a driven, hands-on Operations & Sales Manager to oversee daily business operations and help grow our customer base. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can lead a team, and enjoys building relationships with customers. Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day operations of the service team
• Oversee and direct daily technician routing and scheduling
• Handle customer service, scheduling requests, and account management
• Drive sales through outbound calls, customer follow-ups, and local marketing
• Track performance metrics and report on daily/weekly progress
• Hire, train, and support seasonal technicians as needed
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure high service satisfaction
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue and expand the customer base Requirements • Experience in service-based operations or field-service management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage schedules, routes, and multiple technicians
• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred
• Highly organized, dependable, and results-driven
