What You'll Do:
- Prepare and serve meals in the café and assist with prep cooking
- Maintain sanitation of kitchen areas, tools, and equipment
- Perform daily, weekly, and routine cleaning tasks, including occasional dish room support
- Mentor fellow team members in proper cleaning practices
- Report any equipment damage or needed repairs promptly
- Assist with food safety record-keeping, including food and refrigeration temperature logs
What You'll Need:
- Prep cook and food handling experience (required)
- Basic understanding of food service operations (required)
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older (required)
- Experience in customer service (strongly preferred)
