Part-Time Cook NOW!
DPS is now hiring a Part-Time Cook for a Facility in Coral Springs, FL. Dean's Professional Services has partnered with healthcare facilities, government organizations, and corporations to provide job opportunities.
Part-Time Cook Job Details:
Schedule: 3 days/week including every other weekend | 6:00am - 2:00pm and 10:30am - 7:00pm
Location: Coral Springs, FL
Temporary to hire
Starting Pay Rate: $15.00/ Hourly + (based on experience)

Cook Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve meals according to established menus, dietary guidelines, and portion requirements.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a clean, safe kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff and management to meet mealtime schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering/restocking as needed.
- Comply with hospital and departmental food preparation standards.
- Maintain a sanitary, organized, and hazard-free work area.
- Complete additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Food Handler Certification (as required).
Job Requirements:
- Familiarity with various cooking methods, food handling, and safety protocols.
- Basic math and measuring skills.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting with attention to detail.
- Must be able to lift, bend, push, pull, and remain on foot for extended periods.
- Proof of immunizations and TB test required.
