As an Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and acquiring quality vehicles while maintaining strong relationships with customers. You must be comfortable making calls, working with a variety of people, and continuously learning to stay ahead in the industry.
Our representative will be responsible for:

CRM Lead follow-up

Vehicle appraisals

Completing sales transactions

Customer satisfaction

Prospecting and contacting potential customers

Setting follow-up appointments
Requirements:
- Experience in vehicle purchasing, appraising, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Not afraid to make calls and talk to customers confidently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to industry changes.
- Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
- Basic knowledge of automotive values and market trends (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of CRM software
