Experienced Kitchen Manager with Very Strong Leadership Skills with Emphasis on Managing.

1 Years minimum Proven KM Experience a must.

Pay Rate: Salary plus Bonus

This position is responsible for every aspect of the guest's and staff's experience coming out of the kitchen. Supports the entire team including both Front of House and Back of House. Must have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service skills and Strong restaurant kitchen management experience. Must be willing to buy into our Disciplined Success Systems and Culture of excellence.

Our Performance Expectations- Essential Functions:

  • Builds and attains annual restaurant sales goals.
  • Hires and oversees training and performance reviews for entire back of the house staff including cooks, prep, dishwashers. Taking ownership for developing and leading staff.
  • Oversees scheduling of kitchen staff based upon anticipated volume and coordination of balanced kitchen
  • Resolves any customer complaints that are "passed up" from staff and/or asks for help from a fellow Manager. Every guest is OUR guest.
  • Will thrive in the pace of a Very Busy Restaurant

Provides hands-on help if needed by any of the Staff, including facilitating assistance to any manager who ask.

Understands that our culture is one of true hospitality, both to the guest and to each other.

Treats Everyone with Respect and in a manner becoming of a strong leader

Absolutely NO BAD ATTITUDE.

Will thrive in the chaos of a Very Busy Restaurant.

Maintains Specified inventory and Daily Checklist.

Provides leadership that inspires teamwork, generates energy, enthusiasm, and drives results.

  • Has successfully done budgeting and forecasting and has a history of delivering on those forecasted results
  • Has a reputation for excellent relations with customers, vendors, other related businesses, FOH Staff & Kitchen staff
  • Has the ability to Communicate Well with Others and to continuously improve and implement the procedures that lead to success
  • Has experience in the training and development of Kitchen staff members
  • Is self-directed and able to work independently, as well as be an integral member of the management Family
  • Has the ability to deliver the Legendary Hospitality Experience to every guest of a Very Busy High Volume Fine Dining Restaurant
  • Must be Drama Free and Drug Free
  • A Great Attitude

We offer: Full-time Year-round employment.

Paid Time Off - 1 week after 1 year of employment, 2 weeks after 2 years
