Sales responsibilities, including assistant Director of Club Relations with the following:
- Prospecting moves management through a weekly agenda listing the activities of the sales pipeline from initial interest to sales meetings to conversion.
- Prospecting-web strategy to generate prospective memberships by identifying Centers of Influence (COIs), leveraging their relationships, and cultivating the existing membership community for referrals.
- Renewal program annual dues collection strategy by maintaining less than <5% attrition yearly. Generate incremental revenue for The Club through daily engagement and private events.
Operations responsibilities, including management of the following:
- Club management system (Peoplevine) development and liaison for ongoing monthly support and integration management: marketing (content and comms), finance (house accounts and renewals), on-property ops (reservations, member accounts, guest passes, etc.).
- Membership fulfillment program for cultivating the membership community through benefit application, servicing membership requests, gifting incentives, and surprise and delight experiences.
- Legal agreement governance to ensure member adherence to terms, conditions, and policies; liaison with legal counsel on membership terminations and cancellation requests.
- On-property operations creation of SOPs to support servicing members and ongoing staff training.
Programming responsibilities, including management of the following:
- Programs and events curation with the Marketing and Events Managers to create a calendar of programs centered around culinary and cultural immersive experiences.
- Private events lead generation to drive incremental spending, and the Events Manager will direct event bookings.
- Communication calendar guidance is based on membership constituent interest and feedback data, and the Marketing Manager will direct comms calendar.
