Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining communication throughout the hiring process.

• Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate enrollment and addressing any related inquiries.

• Process payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Support employee engagement initiatives aimed at fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including onboarding documentation and personnel files.

• Assist in resolving employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with management on special projects to improve HR processes and efficiency.

• Monitor compliance with labor laws and company policies, ensuring all HR practices align with legal standards.

• Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR administration, including recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Experience in benefits administration and payroll management for medium-sized organizations.
• Proficient in sourcing candidates and managing recruitment pipelines.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance regulations.
• Resourceful, accountable, and eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
