Title: Promotions Analyst
Department: Promotions
Position Summary:
The Promotions Analyst is responsible for execution and preparation of all details associated with any Flash Sale or Promotions Field, assisting the promo department on driving successful promotion and incentive strategies. This role oversees the coordination, logistics, communication, marketing plan suggestion and execution of promotions and Flash Sales to support revenue growth and other business metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the promotions calendar in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Support the planning and execution of promotional initiatives and special sales.
- Analyze promotional performance and share key insights with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and smooth execution.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and other teams to align promotional goals and messaging.
- Assist in the development of reports and dashboards to track sales and promotion results.
- Support project coordination, timelines, and deliverables for promotions.
- Review promotional materials to ensure consistency with the campaign concept.
- Participate in project kickoffs and cross-team meetings as needed.
- Help monitor campaign execution across digital and social channels
Minimum Job Requirements:
Education, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in promotions, marketing or project coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
