Alliance Workforce Solutions has partnered with a rapidly growing distributor in Broward County!
Responsibilities:
• Accurately pick and pack items based on order slips and packing lists
• Verify product accuracy and quality prior to packing
• Properly label, seal, and prepare packages for shipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Operate hand scanners and other basic warehouse equipment
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Report any damaged or missing items to supervisors
• Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as needed
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least 1+ year of packing or warehouse experience
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Basic math and reading skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand, bend, and work on your feet for long periods
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Work Environment:
• Fast-paced warehouse environment
• May require working in varying temperatures
• Use of protective gear as needed
1st shift 8am- 4:30pm Monday-Friday
