Position Overview:
The Restaurant Manager will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences. What We're Looking For:
- Proven leadership experience in the restaurant industry (2+ years in a salaried management role preferred).

- Strong operational knowledge, including managing P&L, training, and team development.
- Ability to relocate or commit to a 7-week comprehensive training program out-of-state (expenses paid).
- A proactive, results-oriented leader passionate about creating a positive culture for both staff and guests.
