· Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
· Assist with inventory checks and notify supervisors of low stock or expired items.
· Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
· Follow instructions from chefs and kitchen managers, adapting to menu changes or special requests.
· Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
· Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas at the end of each shift.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
· Excellent time management and organizational skills.
· Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
· Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as necessary.
