Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calling to follow up with clients and gather feedback.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date client records.
- Assist with cash handling procedures as needed, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
- Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Support sales efforts by promoting products and services during client interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Experience in outbound calling and sales is a plus.
