We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Miramar, Florida. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making processes. Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely submission.
• Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to support business planning and decision-making.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations, improve compliance, and optimize workflows.
• Manage payment processing, purchase orders, and financial transactions while maintaining proper documentation.
• Conduct periodic reviews of financial notes and collection processes to ensure adherence to regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders to facilitate timely deliveries and resolve any operational challenges.
• Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel and SAP R/3 for data analysis, reporting, and process improvements.
• Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance understanding of financial processes and compliance requirements.
• Monitor progress on financial projects and prepare ad hoc reports to address emerging needs.
• Support engineering and component selection processes by ensuring financial specifications align with organizational goals.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, and compliance within a corporate setting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP R/3 for data management and analysis.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
