Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Google Workspace a plus
- Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate, property management, legal, or accounting environments
- Familiarity with contracts, invoices, permits, or compliance documents
- Basic bookkeeping or accounts payable/receivable experience
- Experience coordinating schedules, meetings, and travel
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Experience working with vendors, tenants, or clients
