Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Google Workspace a plus
  • Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate, property management, legal, or accounting environments
  • Familiarity with contracts, invoices, permits, or compliance documents
  • Basic bookkeeping or accounts payable/receivable experience
  • Experience coordinating schedules, meetings, and travel
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Experience working with vendors, tenants, or clients
