Scooter's Coffee in Fort Myers & Cape Coral, FL is looking for a Multi-Store Manager/ Gulf Coast Scooter's Coffee Manager to join our 25 person strong team. We are located inside all 4 Lee Memorial Hospitals. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, motivated, and engaged.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations
- Manage staff and delegate responsibility as needed
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Manage the Gulf Coast location
- Supervise 3 other store managers and 24 employees
- Scheduling
- Hiring
- Gulf Coast deposits
- Perform spot inspections at all 4 locations
- Ensure all employees are in hospital compliance
- Training new employees
- Working behind the counter
- Light maintenance on coffee equiptment
- Other various duties to be discussed
- Schedule will vary as needed. Predominately days but a few night shifts a month to perform night inspections at all 4 locations.

- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
- Positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused workplace
- Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
