Job Summary:
Centrel Services LLC is hiring an experienced Crew Lead to help direct daily field operations and support underground utility crews. This role works closely with the Working Foreman to maintain safe, productive, and organized job sites.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and support daily crew activities
- Assist with scheduling, equipment needs, and work coordination
- Operate equipment such as excavators and loaders as needed
- Perform hands-on trenching, pipe installation, and utility repairs
- Maintain safety and cleanliness across the job site
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of underground utility or site construction experience
- Ability to lead small crews and work independently
- Strong knowledge of trench safety and underground plumbing tasks
- Valid drivers license
- References required
