Location: Naples, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time (Direct Placement)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Helicopter Engine Mechanic to join our aviation maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and overhauling helicopter engines to ensure optimal performance and safety. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, precision, and a commitment to FAA regulations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and scheduled maintenance on helicopter engines, including turbine and piston types.
- Diagnose engine issues and conduct necessary repairs or replacements.
- Conduct inspections in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to troubleshoot complex engine problems.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in aviation maintenance preferred.
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working on helicopter engines preferred.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and engine testing equipment.
- Strong understanding of aviation safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Will consider entry level aviation candidates.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
