Position Overview
We’re looking for someone who's great with people, reliable, and eager to learn new skills. If you've worked in hospitality, customer service, or a people-first job- you'll fit right in. We'll teach you everything you need to know about real estate photos and videos.
Responsibilities - Training Provided
- Capture professional-quality real estate photos and videos (interior, exterior, and aerial when applicable)
- Operating a drone for both photo and video
- Operate Matterport and/or other 3D scanning equipment
- Schematic Floorplan
- Upload media after shoots
- Maintain company gear and follow proper equipment care procedures
- Communicate professionally with clients, homeowners, and team members
- Connects easily with clients - professional, friendly, and easy to trust on-site
- Script Writing
- Be available for shoots scheduled on short notice or with varying hours
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Shows up on time and ready - reliability matters in every shoot.
- Business Casual Dress Code
- Background check required
- Computer with internet connection to upload photos and videos
- Professional, positive attitude and ability to work independently
- Able to problem-solve
- Must have a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license and active car insurance.
