Analyst – Cybersecurity, Compliance & IT Operations

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst to join our Cybersecurity, Compliance, and IT team. This role is pivotal in ensuring secure digital environments, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting operational excellence across multiple domains. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills over technical skills, and a collaborative mindset to manage cross-functional responsibilities. Strong critical thinking skills are essential for navigating complex situations swiftly and responsibly in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Cybersecurity Operations
- Request and configure new email accounts, ensuring security protocols (e.g., conditional access, ProofPoint) are followed via the ticketing system.
- Maintain and update email-related databases, including VIP ProofPoint and multi-domain user records.
- Oversee secure deletion of email accounts, ensuring PST and OneDrive backups are removed within audit-compliant timelines.
- Manage corporate computer requests and configurations (antivirus, INTUNE, GlobalProtect).
- Maintain laptop inventory and ensure antivirus updates are current.
- Develop and distribute internal cybersecurity communications (Cyber Tips) bi-weekly.
- Prepare monthly presentations for the Cybersecurity Committee.
- Administer access and content on the Membership portal.
IT Operations
- Create and manage tickets for IT support, antivirus de-installation, and conditional access, among others.
- Track and maintain disclaimers and laptop assignment records.
- Support to update intranet content.
- Monitor and report monthly intercompany IT and cybersecurity expenses.
Compliance & Training
- Deliver basic Compliance and Cybersecurity training to new hires and third parties; distribute Policies & Procedures packages and Cyber Tips.
- Request, archive, and manage Due Diligence (DD) documentation, update SharePoint, and coordinate with the teams involved in the process.
- Maintain and update sites with new or revised policies and procedures.
- Support and train users on the e-learning platform.
- Maintain the PEP list and Compliance journals.
- Record evidence of training.
Governance & Controls
- Request and follow up on evidence submissions to parties and cross-functional teams in alignment with the Matrix of Controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Information Security, Compliance, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT operations, or compliance roles.
- Understanding of data retention policies and audit requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and timeliness.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese is highly desirable.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with e-learning platforms and internal communications.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.
