State Upgrades is hiring Door-to-Door Canvassers to generate appointments for homeowners interested in home improvement upgrades.
This is a field-based, performance-driven role focused on knocking doors, speaking with homeowners, and setting qualified appointments for our sales team. No closing required.
We work with homeowners on roofing, windows & doors, and exterior upgrades. Most customers qualify for financing.
Responsibilities
- Canvass assigned neighborhoods door-to-door
- Speak with homeowners and generate interest
- Set qualified appointments for the sales team
- Track activity and appointments in the system
- Represent the company professionally in the field
Compensation
- Base pay plus commission on closed deals
- Bonuses available for performance

Requirements
- Comfortable working outdoors and knocking doors
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Coachable and motivated
- No sales closing experience required. Training provided.
