Position Overview

C Global, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to the CEO/Owner and coordination assistance to the company’s leadership team.

This individual will manage executive-level communications, scheduling, and priorities while serving as the key liaison between the CEO/Owner, Office Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Construction Manager. The Executive Administrative Assistant will ensure that decisions, approvals, and communications flow efficiently — helping leadership stay aligned and projects move forward seamlessly.

This is a pivotal role for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities with discretion, and enjoys being a central connector between executive leadership and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative, scheduling, and communication support to the CEO/Owner.
  • Coordinate and track tasks, approvals, and communications that require CEO/Owner input.
  • Support the Office Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Construction Manager by ensuring executive-level items are organized, prioritized, and completed on time.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and documentation for leadership and project reviews.
  • Manage and maintain the CEO/Owner’s calendar, travel, correspondence, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure all leadership communications are handled with professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Assist in coordinating company-wide initiatives, special projects, and executive reporting.
  • Promote organization, clarity, and efficiency across all administrative and leadership functions.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of administrative or executive support experience; experience supporting C-suite leadership preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general business software (experience with Procore, Sage 300 CRE, or ADP Workforce One a plus).
  • Proven ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Construction or related industry experience is strongly preferred but not required.
