Responsibilities:
• Handle business-to-business collections, ensuring timely payments and resolving outstanding balances.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Process and manage billing functions, including issuing invoices and tracking payments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address discrepancies and enhance collection strategies.
• Prepare detailed reports on accounts receivable status and collection activities.
• Communicate effectively with clients to negotiate payment terms and resolve disputes.
• Utilize prior government-related experience, if applicable, to support operational needs.
• Assist in implementing best practices for accounts receivable processes and controls.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all financial transactions and communications.
• Proven experience in accounts receivable, including B2B collections.
• Familiarity with commercial billing processes and systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools related to accounts receivable.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Prior experience in government-related accounts is preferred.
