About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Airfreight Shipment Coordinator to join our logistics team in Miami, FL.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements
- Coordinate international and domestic airfreight shipments from booking to final delivery.
- Arrange airline bookings, prepare and review documentation (AWB, invoices, packing lists, customs forms), and ensure full compliance with regulations.
- Keep customers informed at every stage of the shipment process, providing proactive updates and quick issue resolution.
- Communicate effectively with airlines, customs brokers, warehouses, and trucking partners.
- Enter and maintain accurate shipment data in Magaya and other internal systems.
- Support billing accuracy and maintain organized shipment records.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in airfreight forwarding or logistics coordination.
- Experience with Magaya software (preferred).
- Knowledge of IATA, TSA, and CBP regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics platforms.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal).
- Seafreight experience is a plus.

$45,000 - $50,000 per year
