Job Description:
NexGen Technologies is in search of an experienced and dynamic Director of BPO and Enterprise Sales, specializing in Enterprise Solutions. This critical role requires a highly motivated individual skilled in goal setting, strategic planning, and execution. The Director of BPO and Enterprise Sales will be a key leader within our Enterprise sales team, focusing on building a strong pipeline, and fostering business relationships with major enterprise clients. A key aspect of this role is to effectively communicate NexGen's vision, demonstrating its transformative impact to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within the enterprise segment.
- Strategize significant revenue opportunities for NexGen, with a focus on BPO and Enterprise markets. Personally identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the digital real estate market, leveraging NGT's innovative solutions and technologies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, building and maintaining strong relationships as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Navigate complex enterprise environments to identify crucial stakeholders, cultivate champions, and gain commitment from C-Level executives
- Collaborate with product development, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment in delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding client expectations.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities, positioning NGT as a market leader.
- Analyze sales data, generate reports, and present insights to senior leadership, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Must have 3 to 5 years selling contact center solutions/BPOs with a Rolodex of clients.
- Established skills in building relationships with senior-level executives.
- A blend of 'hunter' and 'farmer' sales approaches must be aggressive.
- At least 3 years of direct sales experience in the Enterprise segment, with a strong record in closing business deals.
- Excellent customer engagement abilities: communication, empathy, integrity.
- Proven track record in new customer acquisition, account management, particularly in BPO/UCaaS/CCaaS/SaaS markets.
- Competence in selling and collaborating with departments like Marketing, Sales, Product, HR, and IT.
- Experience in securing strategic clients in a rapidly growing business context.
- Ability to manage a varied portfolio of accounts, articulate strategies, and lead a supportive team.
- Proficiency in BANT/MEDDIC or similar sales methodologies.

Compensation:
- Negotiable with an Estimated targeted earning of $200K salary plus commission
- Actual base salary to be determined based on market standards and individual qualifications, assessed objectively during the interview process.
