We are a fast-growing pest control company serving residential and commercial clients with top-tier service, integrity, and professionalism. We are currently seeking a skilled Office Manager to lead our Jupiter, Florida branch’s administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments
- Manage technician schedules, route optimization, and service ticketing using PestPac
- Serve as liaison between office staff, field technicians, sales team, and management
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support operational goals
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll and HR coordination (working with Coadvantage)
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email, handling escalated customer issues
- Process invoices, service orders, and other documents with precision and efficiency
- Support onboarding and training of office personnel
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of office management or administrative leadership experience (pest control industry preferred)
- Proficiency in PestPac or similar pest control software (required)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and time-management skills
