Job Type: Part-time/Full-time

Salary: $18 - $25 per hour, commensurate with tested skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Culinary Preparation: Cook menu items to order within specified time frames, ensuring adherence to Ricky's quality standards and national food safety regulations.

  • Kitchen Maintenance: Properly handle kitchen equipment and appliances, clean and sanitize work areas during and after shifts, and restock products as needed.

  • Team Collaboration: Assist fellow team members with tasks whenever possible, fostering a supportive and efficient workplace.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred.

  • Skills: Proficiency in high-heat cooking techniques and proper handling of kitchen equipment.

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift a minimum of 30 lbs.

  • Team Player: Strong communication skills and a commitment to continuous learning and growth.

Compensation Details
