Must be 18 years of age or older and available for a variety of shifts Monday - Sunday between the hours of 6:30 am - 9:30 pm.

We are seeking a long term employee to complete our team.

At Carmela Uptown Boca we rely on our Team Members to enhance the customer experience with their unique personality and strong work ethic. This position is for a cross trained (back and front of house) team member that can take on many tasks and offer support where it is needed. Our hours range from 6:30 am to 9:30 pm Monday through Sunday and being able to work alone and in a group environment is crucial. Flexible schedule is a plus.

Tasks include, but are not limited to preparing and serving food and drinks, monitoring stock, maintaining kitchen, espresso bar and overall shop cleanliness and organization, following food safety guidelines, taking customer orders, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older and available Monday - Sunday between the hours of 6:30 am - 9:30 pm.
  • Basic experience. (Preferred, but not required.)
  • Be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Possess strong organizational and multi-task skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a team-work oriented workforce.
  • Be able to accept and follow direction and guidance from management.
  • Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a cash register or POS systems.
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
  • Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Must have exceptional hygiene and grooming habits.
  • Willing to learn.
