We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team and support the financial operations of our company.
Job Description:
This Accounting role will be responsible for managing financial records, tracking transactions, and ensuring accuracy in reporting as well as scheduling wire transfers daily. This role is key to maintaining the financial health of the company and supporting its continued growth.
Responsibilities:
• Record and reconcile daily sales, purchases, and expenses
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare payment to settle account payables from our suppliers
• Assist with payroll calculation and execution
• Prepare financial statements and operational reports.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure accuracy of inventory and cost tracking.
• Maintain compliance with relevant financial regulations.
• Support external accountants or auditors when necessary.
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with accounting software, spreadsheets, and reporting tools (training provided if
needed).
• Accuracy and attention to detail in handling financial data.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory accounting is a plus.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks is a strong plus.
• Interest in luxury watches and the watch industry is desirable.
Compensation:
• Competitive salary of $65,000 per year.
